Become a member too and apply as a Vehicle Expert.What you do- You carry out motor vehicle appraisals- You determine repair paths and calculate the amount of damage- You evaluate coverage and handle liability and comprehensive insurance claims- You verify repair invoices, depreciation requests, and loss of use claims in coordination with other Help Points and claims centers- You conduct negotiations with policyholders, injured parties, and repair shopsWhat you bring- Federal Diploma as an automotive technician, bodywork specialist, or automotive painter OR equivalent experience- At least 5 years of professional experience in the insurance sector or in receiving vehicles damaged in an accident- Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of work in contact with different stakeholders- Very good knowledge of the MS-Office suite as well as systems related to claims management- Mastery of French, both oral and written; good knowledge of English is an advantageAdditional information- This position is available part-time or full-time: 80 - 100%- Location: Zurich Help Point Lausanne-Crissier- Hybrid work: up to 40%- We look forward to receiving your application online - even without a cover letter.
