The Competency Development Center of the Geneva University Hospitals is looking for a person to join the continuous training sector. This sector, which falls under the Human Resources department, supports job stream managers and departments in their continuous training activities and contributes to developing the training offerings to meet the needs of the institution and various job streams. In your role, you will be responsible for analyzing the needs and requests from various stakeholders at different levels of the institution, advising them, and assisting them in implementing appropriate training actions. Your professional experience in adult training, as well as your knowledge of its concepts, allows you to position yourself as a key and influential actor among your various interlocutors (managers, human resources managers, etc.). You are an agent of change and innovation. You are proactive and leverage your ability to understand job requirements to respond to the institution's training needs. You are a contributor to the transition of continuous training systems in the era of hybrid learning, in a logic of intelligence. You will also need to ensure professional monitoring, in collaboration with job departments and other HR services, to anticipate the evolution of future skills and ensure that implementations meet these new challenges. In line with the ongoing projects of the Competency Development Center, you do not hesitate to make proposals. In regular contact with various members of the teaching team and your colleagues, you foster teamwork and a dynamic spirit. You invest yourself alongside them to support the development of the Competency Development Center, particularly in the training sector. You master the reference concepts, methods, and pedagogical means. With a university Master's degree in adult education or a federal diploma in adult training, you possess at least three years of professional experience in the field of continuous training. Experience in the health and/or social sector would be an asset to facilitate your success in this mission for the benefit of HUG and associated institutions. Experience in a similar role and/or as a consultant or coach, as well as in change management, is also advantageous. You have a methodical and structured approach to managing your projects, enabling you to coordinate, prioritize activities, manage internal and/or external resources, while addressing budgetary aspects. This management is carried out with a continuous improvement spirit, serving the needs and challenges of your clients. This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills to successfully carry out various tasks and identify the needs of stakeholders. With your client-oriented approach, analytical and synthesizing abilities, you can provide guidance to different stakeholders.
