The Human Resources Department's main mission is to ensure the development of the human capital of the institution in view of future evolution. Under the responsibility of the Human Resources Department, the Skills Development Center (CDC) develops and implements a set of programs and measures to ensure that HUG has the necessary skills to carry out its mission and that each staff member can reach their full potential and remain at the forefront of their profession. The activities of the CDC include specialized training in healthcare. The position is at the Interprofessional Center (CiS) and is linked to the Chargé or Chargée at the CiS - 50%. In your role, you will be responsible for analyzing the needs and requests for training in the healthcare field coming from various clients (CiS, HES-SO, HUG, IMAD, Faculty of Medicine of UNIGE). Your professional experience in healthcare as well as your knowledge of adult learning concepts allow you to position yourself as a key player who influences your various stakeholders from partner institutions (managers, human resources managers, program and pathway leaders). You are a change agent and bring proposals while mobilizing your ability to understand the requirements of various professions to meet the training needs of partner entities in interprofessional contexts. In terms of initial, continuous, or postgraduate education and training, you are an active player in the transition of training modalities in the era of hybrid learning, ensuring collaboration with business directions. You maintain a professional watch to anticipate the evolution of skills, participate in and lead sessions organized by the CiS management within the CiS team, partner institutions, and the Geneva health-social network. You contribute to promoting the programs and activities of the CiS while maintaining regular contact with different members of the teaching team at the HUG and the CIS. You foster team spirit and collaboration, and you invest alongside your colleagues to support development. You hold a Bachelor’s degree or a diploma in a healthcare profession, as well as a university degree in adult education, ideally complemented by experience in training health professionals. You possess significant experience in adult education coupled with at least three years of clinical experience in the healthcare domain, validated in practical settings using simulated patients and mannequins, as well as in medico-social contexts. You have expertise in managing training programs, designing and revising training scenarios and curricula. You master the concepts, methods, and pedagogical tools related to the role, and a good knowledge of the Geneva healthcare sector, specifically the network of the four partner institutions of the CiS, will enhance your success in this role. You have a methodical and structured approach to project management, allowing you to coordinate, prioritize activities, and manage resources. This management is carried out in a continuous improvement spirit, serving the needs and challenges of your clients. This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills to successfully carry out various tasks and identify the needs of stakeholders. With your client-centered approach, analytical and synthesis abilities, you can provide valuable advice to the different stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal skills, reflective capacity, and teamwork spirit are required, along with great rigor and additional qualifications.
