As a true reference for quality, compliance, and risk management of digital services, you will participate in one or more projects conducted using both agile and waterfall methodologies. Within our Test Center, you will collaborate closely with project management, development teams, and business analysts. You will also play an active role in the Test Manager community to share best practices and evolve standards.Responsibilities- Steering: Define, plan, coordinate, and steer the test strategy based on project risks and requirements.- Arbitration & Quality: Actively contribute to quality/deadline/cost trade-offs and produce the quality reporting necessary for GO / NO GO decisions.- Monitoring: Supervise anomalies, ensure the monitoring of their resolution, and participate, if necessary, in the design and execution of tests.- Management: Supervise, support, and motivate testers as well as project teams in the adoption of quality processes and standards.- Evolution of Practices: Participate in the continuous improvement of test practices and technological monitoring, particularly artificial intelligence applied to testing.- Documentation: Ensure the production, implementation, and monitoring of test processes and associated documentation.Profile- Higher education degree in IT (University Master's, Engineering degree, or equivalent).- Confirmed experience of 5 years or more in test management, ideally in a complex context.- Certification in the testing profession (e.g., ISTQB) required.- Excellent command of:- Jira / Xray (test management and execution);- Tricentis TOSCA: significant mastery of the tool, scenario design (Modules, TestCases, Reusable Components), and repository maintenance;- A recognized test management methodology (ISTQB, TMAP, etc.);- An agile project management methodology (Scrum).- Solid experience in implementing processes, quality standards, and risk analysis related to digital services.- Professional French and English (ability to work in a multilingual context).What will make the difference:- Advanced TOSCA skills: Experience with functional Web and Thick Client test automation with TOSCA, or TOSCA architectures.- Leadership: Proven ability to communicate effectively, negotiate, and arbitrate with management and stakeholders.- Coaching posture: Ease in supporting, coaching, and developing teams.- Innovation: Curiosity and open-mindedness towards new technologies such as AI to assist in maintenance or design.- Soft Skills: Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to manage several projects in parallel while maintaining an excellent team spirit.What Sigmalis offers you:- A particularly advantageous pension plan (LPP).- A bonus linked to individual performance and company results.- The possibility of teleworking up to 40% and taking unpaid leave subject to client agreement.- Specific benefits depending on the mission (public transport subscription, etc.).If you recognize yourself in this profile, we will be pleased to receive your application, which must include your CV as well as your complete file (copies of diplomas, work certificates, etc.). jida7a90b8aen jit0727aen jpiy26aen
