We are at home throughout Europe and always close to our customers.Experienced Test Manager (f/m/d)Be your best with BechtleOn behalf of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Test Manager (f/m/d) responsible for supporting several projects in the definition and implementation of quality within an IT environment.Mission- Define and steer the test and quality strategy on several projects in collaboration with business and IT teams.- Guarantee the implementation of test activities in coherence with agile methodologies, project objectives, and established processes.- Support teams in the integration of quality standards throughout the delivery cycle, from analysis to deployment.- Ensure the monitoring of test plans, campaigns, defects, risks, and reporting to stakeholders and management.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of test processes, the sharing of methodology, and the support of other referents or managers.Profile- Higher education in IT at HES, EPF, university level or equivalent, ideally supplemented by a certification in the field of testing.- Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in software testing, with proven experience in agile environments.- Very good command of Jira Xray, good knowledge of OpenText Quality Management (formerly HP ALM).- Ability to define and enforce a test strategy.- Mastery of at least one recognized test management methodology (ISTQB, TMAP or equivalent) as well as an agile framework such as Scrum.- Solid analytical skills for risks, decision-making, and arbitration with project, business, and management stakeholders.- Leadership, autonomy, sense of service, and aptitude to support testers while managing several projects in parallel.We offer- Advantageous working conditions: 6 weeks of vacation per year and a pension plan.- Development and enhancement of potential: vast range of professional and personal training offered by the Bechtle Academy.- Diversity: interesting and changing tasks in a future-oriented sector.Bechtle Suisse SABechtle Suisse SA has certified skills in the following areas: IT Infrastructure, Management, Managed Services, Skills Management, Analytics, Printing Solutions, and E-Commerce.
