For my client, a family-owned company in the Lausanne region, I am looking for a Technical Project Manager with a vocational diploma in carpentry, or a higher education degree, or several years of experience in a similar position. Familiarity with working with architects, experience on the field, and the ability to handle pressure and stress. Solid experience as a site manager. Experience in window installation. Great flexibility, demonstrating common sense, interpersonal skills, and expertise. Proficiency in standard drawing tools, AutoCAD and/or Cadwork. A very good knowledge of the Ramasoft-EasyWin software is an advantage. Strong analytical capabilities, quick-witted, precise, and rigorous. Ensure the implementation, management, supervision, and administration of construction sites both financially, in the field of window installation. Establish the program/schedule and review the execution documents (plans). Control the work and follow up with both internal suppliers and specialized teams in assembly and installation. Monitor the work on sites with architects and the project management. Ensure compliance with quality, schedule, and established budget.
