Your missions: Be the direct representative of the company to property owner clients, Ensure proactive management of properties with a constant focus on profitability of assets. To do this, in accordance with the owners' instructions and the company's guidelines: ü Ensure the management and financial monitoring of assets and property maintenance, ü Guarantee optimal technical maintenance and management of buildings, ü Represent our owners in judicial matters, Manage and motivate a team while ensuring strong communication between management and team members. Desired profile: You have confirmed experience in a similar position and hold a federal certificate of property management, You have very good knowledge of both building techniques and lease law, You have a sense of responsibility and demonstrate excellent priority management. Your previous activities show your ability to handle stressful situations, You are a manager and have proven your ability to motivate and lead a dynamic team, You are driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, A personable individual, you enjoy daily interactions with your partners: owners, suppliers, and colleagues, You are comfortable with tools (Word, Excel) and have previously worked with Quorum software. Knowledge of French is essential, as well as knowledge of German and English is a real plus. You hold a valid driver's license.
