Technical Building Coordinator (HVAC & Electricity)

Responsible for the operation of technical installations, the energy efficiency of the Tower and its annexes, the Technical Coordinator ensures, under the responsibility of the Facility Manager, the operational implementation of a rigorous and controlled operation of HVAC and electrical installations. In a complex and demanding technical environment, they contribute to the performance, regulatory compliance, and continuity of the installations, guaranteeing a safe, efficient working environment that meets the highest standards.

Main missions

  • Ensure the operation and maintenance of HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary) and electrical installations (high and low voltage)
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as diagnosis of complex faults
  • Officially represent the company before the OIBT control body (inspections, periodic checks) Monitor regulatory updates and ensure compliance (OIBT, NIBT, SIA, SUVA)
  • Coordinate external contractors, manage maintenance contracts and oversee works Optimise the energy performance of installations
  • Manage documentation via CMMS/CAFM tools
  • Interface with FM, IT teams and technical stakeholders

Profile sought

  • Mandatory experience — minimum 5 to 7 years confirmed — in operating complex technical buildings, with dual expertise in HVAC and electricity
  • Technical training (electrician, refrigeration technician, automation technician or building technical orientation)
  • Mandatory Article 13 OIBT (imperative condition, no exception) — authorisation required for official representation before control bodies
  • Experience in coordinating contractors and monitoring construction sites
  • Mastery of Swiss standards (OIBT, NIBT, SIA, SUVA)
  • Electrical expertise (high voltage distribution, UPS/emergency groups, low voltage security) and HVAC (AHU, refrigeration machines, BMS/BAS regulation)
  • Advanced diagnostic ability, reading plans and technical diagrams

Languages

  • Fluent French, both spoken and written
  • German is a major asset
