Description
As a technical drawing specialist within our Workplace & Facility Services team, you play a key role in the layout, development, and management of our workspaces. You work closely with our Senior Technical Specialist, project managers, and the service manager to design reliable, precise plans essential for the daily operation of our site.
Your mission: to create, update, and ensure the quality of architectural, technical, layout, and safety plans, in order to provide our employees with a modern, compliant, and suitable environment tailored to their needs.
Manage the plan establishment procedure
- Participate in defining and continuously improving the design procedure.
- Ensure the application of standards and best practices.
Manage layout plans (Workplace Management)
- Design and update workspace layout plans.
- Identify space requirements and contribute to their optimisation.
- Integrate OLT3, EHS requirements and other legal or internal standards.
- Ensure fair distribution of spaces and optimal placement of furniture and equipment.
Develop and update architectural and technical plans
- Create architectural, technical plans and schematic diagrams.
- Take on-site measurements and ensure the update of "as-built" plans.
Manage fire safety plans
- Produce and maintain fire safety plans and evacuation posters in coordination with Physical Security.
Contribute to the management of the CAFM/CMMS tool
- Participate in the development of the tool (Archibus or Planon).
- Keep technical databases up to date.
- Integrate plans and generate reports necessary for service management.
Your profile
Education
- Federal VET Diploma as a building draughtsperson or equivalent training (required).
- Additional specialisation in a building-related field (advantage).
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building or building technical drawing (required).
- Experience in a design office (preferred).
Technical knowledge
- SIA standards, cantonal requirements in energy and fire safety.
- Reading electrical, heating/cooling, ventilation, and sanitary schematics.
- Knowledge of OLT3.
Computer skills
- AutoCAD, Revit (required).
- CAFM (Archibus or Planon) (significant advantage).
- MS Office, SAP.
Languages
- French (fluent).
- English (good understanding).
