Foreman / Team LeaderPECI Construction SA is a company active in the construction sector in the canton of Neuchâtel. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Foreman / Team Leader.As a foreman, you are responsible for the smooth running of your construction sites, from their start to their completion. You ensure the management of teams and ensure compliance with quality, safety, cost, and deadline objectives.Your main responsibilities are as follows:- Manage, organize, and coordinate structural work, renovation, and civil engineering sites.- Manage and coordinate teams in the field as well as subcontractors.- Ensure compliance with plans, technical standards, quality requirements, and set deadlines.- Ensure financial monitoring of the sites entrusted to you (cost control, budget monitoring, and measurements).- Organize supplies and manage material orders in collaboration with the office.- Participate in site meetings and ensure effective communication with project owners, architects, and engineers.- Guarantee compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental protection rules.- Ensure site management: daily reports, time tracking, delivery note control, equipment management, and establishment of measurements.Profile- You have confirmed experience as a foreman, team leader, or site manager in the construction field.- Holder of a federal foreman certificate in construction or an equivalent qualification.- You are autonomous, organized, and capable of managing several sites simultaneously.- You demonstrate an excellent sense of responsibility and know how to make decisions on the ground.- You are recognized for your leadership qualities and your ability to unite teams.- You hold a valid driver's license.- You possess good physical condition and enjoy fieldwork.If your profile matches what we are looking for, we invite you to send us your complete application. jida745639aen jit0833aen jpiy26aen
