Team Leader and CMMS SupportWork location: RenensStart rate: Ideally [Date/Timeframe]Do you enjoy structuring, making reliable, and giving meaning to technical data?As Team Leader and CMMS support, you play a key role in maintenance management, steering work order flows, and providing support to technical teams, while ensuring the quality and reliability of data.Tasks:- Ensure the flow of planned work orders (WT PPM) via CMMS and monitor the activities of Maintenance Experts in the Western region- Ensure the reliability of technical inventories in the CMMS- Establish regular quality controls in technical databases- Guarantee ISS standards and missions in terms of data- Maintain and manage documentation and work tools for teams regarding technical data- Consolidate and improve reporting tools and be capable of creating them upon request- Provide first-level support on work order management tools- Participate in cross-functional projects in the field of technical data managementYour profile:- Degree in a technical field (CFC or equivalent)- Experience in technical building management- Specialized knowledge in a CMMS- Experience in managing a team of maintenance technicians- Fluent French, technical English/German (one of the two is an asset)- Proficiency with the Office suite- Sense of priorities and excellent customer focus- Strong interpersonal skills- Capable of mobilizing and engagingReady to join us?
