## Job Description ##

* Provide administrative and logistical support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
* Assist in organizing events, workshops, and internal communications.
* Support travel arrangements and expense reporting.
* Maintain filing systems and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, ideally in an international or non-profit setting.
* Excellent command of both English and French.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
* Discreet, reliable, and service-oriented.
