## Job Description ##
* Provide administrative and logistical support to governance-related meetings and processes
* Draft, edit, and proofread high-quality documents, reports, and correspondence in English
* Coordinate scheduling, prepare agendas, and take minutes for governance meetings
* Ensure timely follow-up on action items and maintain accurate records
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to support governance activities
* Assist in the preparation of briefing materials and presentations
* Support compliance with internal governance policies and procedures
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Native-level English speaker (written and spoken)
* Proven experience in administrative or governance support roles, ideally in an international or non-profit setting
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
