Specialized nurses in home care. To complete our teams, we are looking for: Specialized home nurses for a maximum duration evolving into a permanent contract. Work rate: flexible according to your needs and availability, minimum of 50%. Workplace: Canton of Geneva. Your main missions: You take a global view of the care of the patient, implement support interventions, participate in the establishment of the care plan, and define the care project for the patient. You observe changes in the patient's health and analyze the situation based on the diagnoses and treatments. You make relevant transmissions and contact network members (doctor, etc.) if needed. You develop a privileged relationship with our patients by providing the necessary support and personalized care. Profile: Hold a diploma in nursing or an equivalent title, and have recognition of your diploma by the Swiss Red Cross. Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.
