We are looking for our home in La Tzoumaz (80%) and our home in Ardon (60%) for: Nurses (80%) immediately or by agreement.We offer you to ensure daily nursing care for the individuals supported in their entirety, at a preventive level, and when necessary; manage all medical aspects and the continuity of care; support beneficiaries within the La Tzoumaz or Ardon home in their daily life activities from a psychosocial perspective based on residents' individual projects and goals; develop a special relationship with the network of supported individuals; collaborate in interprofessional settings with social workers, ASE, ASSC, day centers and offer you to join a team guided by management with a positive dynamic and a strong spirit of openness; integrate into an institution certified by Promotion Santé Suisse, concerned with the well-being of everyone and teams where listening, mutual aid, and conviviality are cultivated; make your place in a structure that regularly rolls out numerous projects to which everyone can contribute; benefit from annually planned work hours as well as support within a multidisciplinary team; enjoy a pleasant working environment and good social and salary conditions; receive continuous training every year through our program Acting Together.Your profile: you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent title, and a CAS in a relevant field; you have at least 2 years of professional experience. Knowledge of the RAI (Resident Assessment Instrument) software is an asset; with good organizational skills, you like to work in a team but also autonomously, you appreciate versatility; you are proficient in standard tools (MS Office); you hold a driver’s license and have a private vehicle.Interested?
