The Sans Souci sector, located in Mont-sur-Rolle, is a medicalized psycho-social establishment that accommodates 35 residents. Our mission is to support people living with psychological disorders requiring specialized accommodation, using an approach centered on their resources and potential. We place the concept of recovery at the heart of our action: fostering the maintenance and development of skills, supporting autonomy, and offering individualized support. The goal is to enable each resident to better manage the symptoms of the illness, strengthen their social integration, and build a life project in accordance with their wishes. To complete its team, we are looking for, for an indefinite period, a Sector Manager.Start date: to be agreedHours: continuous and weekendsWorkplace: Mont-sur-RolleWorking at the establishment means:- Developing, implementing, and ensuring the coherence of the sector program in accordance with the institutional project and the values of mental health recovery.- Supervising and supporting staff to ensure quality support fostering social integration and the empowerment of residents.- Designing and developing projects fostering recovery, social inclusion, access to citizenship, and the quality of life of the people supported.- Participating in the monitoring and evaluation of personalized projects in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.- Contributing to the admission and discharge process of residents by ensuring alignment between identified needs and proposed services.- Ensuring the management and development of relationships with partners in the health, social, professional, and community network.- Supporting teams in the management of complex situations and contributing to clinical and institutional reflection.- Ensuring the management and monitoring of the sector budget as well as the control of financial resources entrusted to residents in compliance with current procedures.- Participating in the development of institutional projects and continuous quality improvement.Profile:- Bachelor of Arts HES-SO in social work- Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, in a dynamic of co-construction and professional complementarity.- Demonstrated capacity in leading group and/or individual activities- Driver's license- Knowledge of the DIR softwareWe offer:- A position with dynamic challenges- A pleasant and multidisciplinary work environment- A training program- Working conditions according to the collective labor agreement of the Vaud parapublic health sector- Discounts at more than 150 retailersWe will be happy to receive your complete files (cover letter – CV – work certificates – diplomas) only in PDF format.
