Social Educator (M/F)



Your mission :

  • Support adult residents in their life journey, fostering a relationship of trust and respect.
  • Enhance the skills and social roles of the people cared for, while ensuring their physical and mental well-being.
  • Develop and monitor individualised projects, in collaboration with beneficiaries and the team.
  • Collaborate interdisciplinarily with internal and external partners.
  • Actively participate in delegations and institutional life.

Your profile:

  • Diploma as a social educator ES/HES, CFC socio-educational assistant or equivalent training.
  • Experience in supporting people with disabilities.
  • Interest and skills in supporting people with ASD as well as mental health issues.
  • Ability to work independently while promoting teamwork.
  • Dynamism, creativity, flexibility and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ease with administrative tasks related to the role.
  • Driving licence required.
