Social Educator (M/F)
Your mission :
- Support adult residents in their life journey, fostering a relationship of trust and respect.
- Enhance the skills and social roles of the people cared for, while ensuring their physical and mental well-being.
- Develop and monitor individualised projects, in collaboration with beneficiaries and the team.
- Collaborate interdisciplinarily with internal and external partners.
- Actively participate in delegations and institutional life.
Your profile:
- Diploma as a social educator ES/HES, CFC socio-educational assistant or equivalent training.
- Experience in supporting people with disabilities.
- Interest and skills in supporting people with ASD as well as mental health issues.
- Ability to work independently while promoting teamwork.
- Dynamism, creativity, flexibility and good interpersonal skills.
- Ease with administrative tasks related to the role.
- Driving licence required.
