Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for
Socio-Educational Assistant / Social Educator (M/F)
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a Socio-Educational Assistant, a HES degree as a Social Educator, or a SEFRI recognition of an equivalent qualification
- You have proven experience in supporting children and/or adolescents in residential care
- You demonstrate excellent adaptability, organisational skills and initiative
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and adopt a confident professional stance
- You design, organise and lead activities suited to their age and needs
- You ensure a safe, structured and caring environment
- You actively collaborate with the educational team, families and external partners
