Job Description Within a multidisciplinary team, you ensure [name] and the analysis of requests from individuals seeking support. Based on the requests, you propose a social intervention, a social support tailored to the specificities of each case, and where applicable, assess and provide financial assistance in accordance with the law on social assistance and the fight against precariousness (LASLP). Your main activities: You analyze and evaluate the beneficiary's request; Together with the beneficiary, you establish an assessment of their social situation by identifying their skills and mobilizing their resources to support their return to autonomy; In collaboration with professionals with relevant expertise and the beneficiary themselves, you build a social support project along with means for its implementation (defining objectives and a course of action) with a view to their social or professional reintegration; You assess and verify the respect for the various rights of the beneficiary, notably regarding social insurance; In partnership with the financial manager, you ensure compliance with financial assistance within the framework of cantonal or federal legal provisions; You collaborate closely with the social network, and Profile: You hold a bachelor's degree in social work, human or social sciences, or a qualification deemed equivalent; A confirmed experience in social work is an asset; You demonstrate a strong interest in human sciences; You possess a good knowledge of Geneva institutions; You enjoy actively collaborating within a multidisciplinary team; You are proactive, agile, and [attribute]; You show good analytical capabilities and [attribute]; You are oriented towards [attribute].
