Social Worker (100%) - Fixed-term Contract

As part of an internal transfer, we are recruiting a:
Social Worker (100%) - 1 year fixed-term contract
Location: Ecublens
Start date: As soon as possible
Salary scale: 7 (this scale applies to validated prerequisites, otherwise classification is at level -1)

Your key responsibilities
You are responsible for administrative follow-up and social interviews.
You implement personalised action plans.
You support beneficiaries in social, professional, and administrative integration.
You coordinate with internal and external partners.
You ensure compliance with the home’s rules.
Your profile
You hold a Bachelor of Social Work (HES) (SEFRI recognition if foreign diploma).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurance.
You have excellent French (spoken and written); proficiency in English or other languages is an asset.
You have a strong interest in the field of migration.
