ES / HES or ASE at 90%The Echaud is an establishment that welcomes 80 adult individuals with multiple disabilities or severe, medically recognized cerebral palsy, often accompanied by various associated disorders and impairments. To complete a team in our Rue Neuve apartment located in Cugy (VD), where a particular emphasis is placed on social work, we are looking for an ES / HES or ASE at 90% to start immediately or by arrangement.The Position:- Work within a team composed of people from different backgrounds.- Accompany 6 beneficiaries daily, including weekends according to a rotation, individually and collectively, in order to provide them with comfort and quality of life.- Provide delegated medico-technical care in accordance with the level of responsibility of a nurse.- Participate in the preparation and serving of meals and in the maintenance of the living space in general.- Work with a multidisciplinary team for the development and monitoring of the pedagogical projects and therapeutic programs of the beneficiaries.- Organize leisure activities, outings, camps, and outdoor activities with the beneficiaries.- Participate in colloquiums and inter-sector networks.- Collaborate with families, legal representatives, specialists, and partners.- Manage tasks for the beneficiaries and the team.Profile:- ES diploma in social work or CFC as an assistant with a heart for enriching the accompaniment of beneficiaries through diversity and complementarity of skills.- Interest in multiple disabilities, hygiene, and comfort care.- Ease in teamwork, autonomy, and reliability, knowledge of French.Framework:- Varied teamwork, rich in contacts, based on respect and listening.- Pleasant working atmosphere.- Internal training and possibility of fitness subscription.- Parking.- 6 weeks of vacation, 8 weeks from the year of turning 50.- Salary conditions according to the collective labor agreement of the parapublic social sector.Please send your complete file (CV, cover letter, diplomas, and work certificates). jide425dbfaen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
