For one of our clients located in the Vaud Alps, we are looking for a specialized social worker in addiction studies.Your missionWithin a specialized structure, you will accompany adults facing mental health and dependency issues, with the objective of promoting their autonomy, stability, and quality of life.In this capacity, you will be required to:- Ensure individualized support, adapted to the situation of each beneficiary.- Participate in the implementation and monitoring of support projects.- Support beneficiaries in their daily lives and in the development of their personal resources.- Promote the maintenance of social ties and integration into their environment.- Observe the evolution of situations, identify needs, and adapt interventions accordingly.- Collaborate actively with the various partners of the socio-sanitary network.- Participate in crisis management and contribute to maintaining a secure and stable framework.Profile- Diploma in social work or title recognized by the Red Cross.- Experience in the field, ideally supplemented by skills in addiction studies or a marked interest in this area.- Ability to create a therapeutic alliance and establish a relationship of trust.- Ease in working in a multidisciplinary team and in a network.- Analytical, organizational, and self-questioning skills.- Excellent writing skills and mastery of computer tools.- Driver's license, an asset.We offer- A varied and meaningful role within a specialized institution.- A work environment promoting autonomy and initiatives.- An engaged, supportive, and professional team.- Good working conditions and quality social benefits.- Opportunities for continuing education and development.Do you wish to put your expertise at the service of human and personalized support?
