City of FribourgDelegate for Social CohesionThe City of Fribourg is advertising a position for aDelegate for Social Cohesion at 70%in the Department of Childhood, Schools and Social CohesionThe Department of Childhood, Schools and Social Cohesion of the City of Fribourg develops and implements public policies in various areas of social cohesion, such as living together and seniors. In addition, it provides expertise and support to the projects of various actors, while facilitating their networking, and organizes or participates in numerous missions.- Define, propose and implement policies for social cohesion (living together and neighborhoods, seniors, inclusion and diversity)- Be a driving force for proposals and coordinate areas of social cohesion with those of the municipality and partners- Supervise and collaborate with the City's department for sociocultural work and street social work, in coordination with the childhood and youth department- Plan, develop and manage various projects with partners and public services- Initiate, collaborate and participate in various internal and external working groups and develop relevant networks- Advise and support the Management on various social and societal issues and ensure the representation of the service at various levels- Manage a small teamYour profile:- HES or university degree in social sciences, social work or a related field (anthropology, sociology, political science)- Experience in one or more areas related to social cohesion with good knowledge of public social policies in general- Experience in personnel management and project management- High sense of responsibility, client-oriented thinking and action- Ability to evolve in a multidisciplinary environment and to perceive the issues for all stakeholders- Excellent communication and writing skills in French or German and excellent knowledge of the other languageStart date: immediately or by agreementSensitive to sustainable development, the City of Fribourg requests that applications be sent via the recruitment website by August 23.
