Group Leader GED-AssemblyYour missionThe Supplementary Benefits Service (SPC) is responsible for paying supplementary benefits:- federal and/or cantonal to persons receiving an AVS or AI pension.- cantonal to low-income families, i.e., households with children whose earned income does not allow them to cover the basic expenses necessary to meet transitional needs.- federal intended for persons over 60 years of age who have exhausted their unemployment benefits.The purpose of supplementary benefits is to ensure that those entitled to them have a true minimum social assistance income. They intervene in addition to the beneficiary's own resources (pensions, salaries, etc.) in order to cover their vital needs.In this context, as Group Leader GED-Assembly, you manage the unit's activity and guarantee the management and processing of documents necessary for the processing of files. You ensure the supervision of the team, the monitoring of production, and the continuous improvement of processes. You also ensure the maintenance of the building, identify layout needs, and coordinate the necessary work. In this capacity, you participate in logistics and the organization of service events.
