In the heart of the city of Vevey, we welcome around one hundred adults living with a physical disability, multiple disabilities, a mild intellectual disability, and/or a mental health condition. We are a public utility institution, founded to support the full potential of the people accompanied, to guarantee their well-being, health, and quality of life, and to act in favor of a more inclusive society. We are looking for our Accommodation sectors in several locations:Accompanying staffWe offer you:- an enriching activity and responsibilities within an interdisciplinary team- very varied tasks related to daily support, leisure, and work in collaboration with staff from other sectors and with external partners (professionals, families, legal representatives)- active participation in institutional projects- possibilities for continuing education- a pleasant working environment- a salary according to the Social collective labor agreement- 8 weeks of vacation per year (9 weeks from age 50)We ask of you:- a qualification in social work or in the health field, CFC, ES, or HES level or a title deemed equivalent recognized by the competent authority- confirmed experience with people living with a disability and sometimes with associated mental health conditions- an interest in the approach through global accompaniment including basic care- an ability to define priorities by combining efficiency and humanity- the ability to propose and lead collective personal development activities- good knowledge of auxiliary means and sensory means- a sense of analysis and a good reflective capacity- good autonomy, and flexibility regarding schedules- ease in oral and written communication and a valid driver's licenseStart date: immediately or to be agreed uponInterested in joining our institution?
