Urgent, to join a renowned centre for support and care of children and adolescents with disabilities and multiple disabilities, we are looking for a long-term mission

Social and Educational Assistant between 60% and 70%

You will join a multidisciplinary team and be responsible for the following tasks:

- Supporting beneficiaries with daily living activities and specific interventions related to their personalised project.

- Collaborating with care and housekeeping teams to ensure coherent and compassionate care.

- Participating in and/or organising various activities and proposing new initiatives.

- Enhancing the autonomy and integration of beneficiaries

Your profile:

-Holding a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a social and educational assistant or an equivalent qualification (SEFRI recognition mandatory for foreign diplomas).

- Experience in a similar position is an advantage.

- Kindness and empathy towards residents

- Rigour and respect for protocols

- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various professionals within the establishment

- Responsiveness and adaptability to unforeseen situations
