As part of a departure, we are recruiting a: Social Assistant (100%) - 6-month fixed-term contract Location: Bex Start date: May 1 What you bring to our mission In connection with a multidisciplinary team, you play a central role in offering individualized social support, organizing care according to current standards, contributing to the life of the home, and supporting the good relationships with your future supervisor, Christine: You want to practice your profession close to the human aspect in a rich and stimulating environment? Your key missions You are responsible for monitoring and conducting interviews, setting up a personalized action plan, supporting beneficiaries in social and professional matters, and coordinating with internal partners while ensuring compliance with the rules. Profile You have a bachelor's degree in social work (SEFRI recognition if foreign diploma). Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurances. You have excellent French (oral and written); mastery of English or other languages is an asset.
