Your key missions You are responsible for monitoring and conducting interviews, setting up a personalized action plan, supporting beneficiaries in social and professional matters, and coordinating with internal partners while ensuring compliance with the rules. Profile You have a bachelor's degree in social work (SEFRI recognition if foreign diploma). Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurances. You have excellent French (oral and written); mastery of English or other languages is an asset.
