Site Manager and Construction Project Manager (m/f/d)

• Independent planning and implementation of renovation and conversion projects taking into account deadlines and budgets
• Preparation of tenders, price negotiations and award requests to ensure efficient use of resources
• Continuous monitoring and control of project costs
• Successful management of work in the field of interior design and building, including quality assurance and compliance with regulations
• Proactive risk assessment and management throughout the project
• Establishment and implementation of precise schedules to ensure timely completion and quality standards
• Carrying out inspections and effective elimination of defects in close collaboration with all project stakeholders
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, contractors and specialised planners for successful project execution
• Continuous monitoring and optimisation of the project portfolio
• Close collaboration with the Real Estate sector for seamless integration and support of operational processes

• Training as an architect, construction technician, site manager or comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in construction management in Switzerland, ideally for the canton of Vaud and the city of Lausanne
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss construction legislation and SIA standards
• Proficiency in project management software such as Messerli and CAD for effective planning and implementation of construction projects
• Independent, flexible and structured working method with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional attitude
• Very good command of French, German is an advantage
