• Assembly, troubleshooting and maintenance of coffee machines
• Ensuring the functionality and quality of coffee machines
• Carrying out installations and uninstallations
• Writing reports related to the work performed
• On-call service according to schedule

• Basic technical training: such as automotive/motorcycle mechanic, mechatronics technician, automation technician, electronics technician with a federal certificate of competence (CFC) or similar
• Solid experience in customer service or as a service technician is an advantage
• Resident in Romandie, Switzerland
• For interventions in Romandie, Switzerland
• Good IT knowledge
• Bilingual advantageous German / French
