The Swiss Salvation Army, as an important social service and church, provides accessible and free support to people facing difficult life situations. The IT sector of the Swiss Salvation Army ensures reliable, structured, and client-oriented support for the entire organization. As a Service Desk, you are a central reference person for requests, incident resolution, and service request handling. You contribute to the recognition of the Service Desk as a professional and competent service across the field of activity. You analyze and process incoming tickets in the ITSM tool, perform initial diagnostics, and resolve incidents autonomously or redirect them as needed. You assist internal and external users via phone, remotely, or on-site and document all requests comprehensively. You also analyze issues related to the Microsoft 365 environment and the network, support the team in complex cases, and actively participate in IT service processes and workflows. You have completed training in the field of IT or an equivalent with several years of experience in IT support. You work autonomously, in a structured way, solution-oriented and client-focused, and maintain an overview even under high workload. Very good knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networks, switches, routers, and WLAN is required. You communicate fluently in French or German and have very good knowledge of the other language. Team spirit, a sense of responsibility, discretion in handling sensitive data, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously characterize you.
