Frigemo, an important group of companies in the food industry, specializing in products based on potatoes, vegetables (mainly frozen products), as well as fresh products and eggs. We employ 850 people in our 5 production centers and are looking to complete our customer service team, with a workplace in Cressier, for a Merchandising Customer Service position. Your tasks You will hold an interesting position in a dynamic and forward-looking work environment. Your tasks will include: - Order sector and management of advertising.- Processing all customer inquiries, including merchandising.- Order management sector.- Customer contact and order entry.- Replacement in order management in case of absence of the manager.- Events sector.- Monitoring advertising and active involvement in the organization of events.Your profile You have a commercial education and experience in a similar position. You master MS Office programs, knowledge of SAP is an advantage. Our company is bilingual, you have very good knowledge of German and French. You are a team player, committed, and distinguished by your reliability and your big picture perspective.
