From our Swiss headquarters in Puidoux/Chexbres, we are looking for a Service Center - 100%. As part of this role, you will handle telephone inquiries from our customers (repairs, commissioning, annual maintenance, etc.). Through attentive listening and targeted questions, you analyze the client's wishes and schedule or modify various appointments. In case of any issues, you proactively guide the client to the right contact within your missions: Handle incoming requests (phone, email, etc.) from end customers, property management companies, and our internal teams spread across our 8 branches in French-speaking Switzerland. Plan and adjust interventions by actively contacting clients. Coordinate commissioning with the various internal services. Ensure updates and follow-ups on planned interventions. Manage and maintain the database closely with your colleagues in a tandem work environment within a team of 8 people. Your Profile: Dynamic individual, comfortable with client contact and daily interactions. Sense of autonomy and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent oral and written communication skills, sense of priorities, and solution-oriented mindset. Team spirit and ability to work in pairs. Proficiency with tools (MS Office), knowledge of SAP is a plus. Proficiency in French (oral and written). Knowledge of German and/or English is an asset, any additional language is appreciated.
