Your tasks:- Receiving and processing customer requests, both written and by phone- Entering orders and ensuring compliance with processing deadlines- Preparing offers according to guidelines, for customers (in writing and by phone) and in the X system for offers- Processing customer inquiries- Entering and processing individual and grouped invoices, issuing credit notes- General tasks in support of the Service Center and the external serviceYour skills:- Federal certificate of competency as a commercial employee or equivalent- Professional experience in internal sales or customer service, with oral and written knowledge of German and French essential; other languages are an advantage- Proficient in the MS Office suite and experience with ERP systems- Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible personality, with a structured working method to interact with internal and external stakeholdersWhat we offer you:A modern working environment in a constantly evolving company.
