For a permanent position, the OK Job Xpert department is looking for a Senior Civil Engineering Structures Project Manager for a major company in the construction sector, to manage technical and large-scale projects in the canton of.Senior Civil Engineering Structures Project Manager- Civil engineering degree from EPF, HES, or equivalent recognized in Switzerland.- Confirmed experience (at least 8 years) in managing civil engineering structure projects in Switzerland.- Excellent command of SIA standards and software.- You are an inspiring leader who knows how to mentor and listen to your teams.- Excellent communicator.- Rigor, analytical mind, and ability to work autonomously.Role & Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate civil engineering structure projects during the execution phase.- Coordinate studies via internal departments and services.- Supervise technical monitoring, scheduling, and financial control of projects.- Manage a multidisciplinary team (technical support, project oversight, ensuring the development of technical skills of team members).- Manage external partners and act as the liaison with the project owner.- Provide solutions and strategic directions for your department (technological, legal, and standards monitoring).Please note that we will only respond to applications that meet the job requirements within 10 days.
