Description
As part of a permanent position, the OK Job'Xpert service is looking for a Structural Project Manager for a masonry company, to manage a team of site managers and oversee construction projects involving renovation, transformation, and new builds in the cantons of Vaud and Geneva.
Structural Project Manager
- Degree in civil engineering from EPF, HES, equivalent, or ES Technician or equivalent.
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in structural project management in Switzerland in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of SIA standards and common software.
- You are an inspiring leader who knows how to communicate and listen to your teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, very good communicator.
- Rigour, analytical mindset, and solution-oriented.
- Manage and coordinate construction and renovation projects (residential, tertiary, public, or industrial buildings).
- Coordinate studies through contractors and internal services.
- Supervise technical follow-up, planning, and financial control of projects.
- Lead a team of structural site managers (technical support, project overview, ensuring the development of the teams' technical skills).
- Coordinate external partners and liaise with clients.
- Provide solutions and improvement avenues for your department (technological, legal, and standards monitoring).
