In the context of a permanent position, Crit Xpert is actively looking for a Senior Works Manager for an architectural office in Geneva. Main Tasks:- Supervision of the work teams- Providing support, guidance, and development for the teams- Development and management of different projects in the execution phase- Management of the works (control and monitoring of the construction sites)- Drafting of calls for tenders with companies- Coordinating the different partners of the project- Ensuring the safety and environment of the project- Accepting the work until the resolution of pending issuesYour profile:- Architect HES, works supervisor/manager, or equivalent- Required experience in Switzerland in works management (8 to 10 years)- Precise, reliable, organized, and structured- Knowledge of Messerli and MS Office programs- Knowledge of Revit and/or AutoCAD (or Archicad) software is a plus- Proficiency in spoken and written FrenchPlease note that we will only respond to applications that meet the position's requirements within 10 days.
