Every day, you will give your best to meet their needs, by offering human advice, focused on action and the future, in compliance with the Customer first motto.Your tasks:- Train and coach our non-life external service teams on products, systems, processes, and sales techniques - in person, virtually, or in hybrid formats.- Create engaging learning paths, using agile methodology, by mixing innovative digital tools and proven pedagogy.- Support each individual thanks to a structured and caring approach.- Adapt your speech according to your audience: whether it is a seasoned professional or someone discovering the profession.- Collaborate with the entire team in Switzerland and stay informed about the latest trends in training.What you bring:- Solid expertise in non-life insurance, ideally enriched with experience in consulting or sales (specialist certificate or equivalent) - and the desire to broaden your horizons if you have experience in adult education in the insurance field, with a diploma (FSEA 1 or equivalent) or a sufficient volume of hours to make it a reality.- A real talent for creating connections: you know how to establish a climate of trust, make your training sessions lively, and convey messages with impact.- Great autonomy and rigor, combined with a good capacity to adapt in a dynamic environment - because with us, things move!- Mastery of digital tools to design modern hybrid training sessions.- Impeccable French; German is a real plus for collaborating with your colleagues and participating in meetings.What we offer you:We are convinced that diverse teams and flexible working models lead to better performance.
