Shape your future with us!

Are you passionate about insurance and eager to share that passion? We have the perfect role for you. At AXA, we believe the best way to serve our clients is to have top-notch teams. That’s where you come in. By joining our Distribution sector, you will become the driving force behind the skill development of our non-life advisors – with impact, autonomy and good humour.

Join our Distribution sector. You will be the point of contact with our clients. Every day, you will give your best to meet their needs by offering human, action-oriented and future-focused advice, in line with AXA’s "Customer first" motto.

What awaits you

  • Train & coach our external non-life service teams on products, systems, processes and sales techniques – in person, virtually, or both.
  • Create engaging training paths using agile methods, combining innovative digital tools and proven pedagogy.
  • Support each employee individually through structured and caring mentoring.
  • Adapt your communication according to your audience: whether a seasoned professional or someone new to the field.
  • Collaborate with the entire team of trainers in Switzerland and stay up to date on the latest training trends.

What you bring

  • Strong expertise in non-life insurance, ideally complemented by experience in consulting or sales (specialist certificate or equivalent) – and a willingness to broaden your horizons if needed.
  • Experience in adult education within the insurance sector, with a trainer diploma (FSEA 1 or equivalent) or sufficient hours to be considered equivalent.
  • A genuine talent for building connections: you know how to establish trust, make your training lively and deliver messages with impact.
  • High autonomy and rigour, combined with great adaptability in a dynamic environment – because things move fast here!
  • Proficiency with digital tools to design modern and effective hybrid training.
  • Impeccable French; German is a real plus for collaborating with colleagues and participating in internal sessions.
