Description
As part of a mandate entrusted by one of our prestigious clients, internationally recognised in their field of activity, we are currently looking for a secretary to strengthen their administrative department.
Responsibilities
- Ensure administrative management and secretarial duties
- Write, translate and proofread official documents
- Manage correspondence (letters, emails, phone calls)
- Organise diaries and meetings
- Ensure follow-up of files and document filing
Profile
- Training in secretarial work, administration or equivalent field
- Excellent command of English and Spanish (spoken and written) - essential
- Good command of French, an advantage
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Organisational skills, discretion and rigour
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
