RED Global is currently looking for an experienced SAP Business Data Migration Expert (BDME) - Commercial (O2C) to support a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The consultant will be responsible for driving business-side data migration activities across the O2C workstream, ensuring data quality, readiness, and successful migration delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead business-side data migration activities for the Commercial (O2C) workstream. Coordinate data cleansing, collection, mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities. Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data quality and readiness. Support SIT, UAT, mock loads, cutover, and post-go-live data activities. Manage stakeholder communication and resolve data-related issues throughout the project. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of Business Data Migration experience on SAP ERP transformation projects. Strong knowledge of SAP Commercial/O2C processes and master data (Customer, Pricing, Sales, Billing). Experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and business-side data migration activities. Hands-on experience with data cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover. Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
