RED Global is currently looking for an experienced SAP Business Data Migration Expert (BDME) Commercial (O2C) to support a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program for the Commercial (Order-to-Cash/O2C) workstream. The consultant will lead business-side data migration activities, ensuring data quality, readiness, and successful execution throughout the migration lifecycle, while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Lead business-side data migration activities for the Commercial (Order-to-Cash/O2C) workstream. Coordinate master data cleansing, collection, mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities. Ensure data quality and readiness throughout the migration lifecycle. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define value mappings and resolve data issues. Support SIT, UAT, mock loads, cutover, and hypercare from a Commercial data perspective. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of Business Data Migration (BDME) experience on ERP transformation projects. Strong knowledge of Commercial/O2C processes (Customer Master, Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, Shipping). Experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA in a functional/business data migration capacity. Hands-on experience with data cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills. Manufacturing industry experience is essential; Pharma experience is an advantage. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
