Inside Sales - Sales Back-office (f/m/d)
Your mission
- Actively collaborate with the sales team for the management and sale of hardware and licences throughout the entire cycle of our projects.
- Creation of offers, orders, invoice management, and follow-up of daily requests from customers and partners.
- Maintain and coordinate relationships with manufacturers, publishers, and distributors.
- Negotiate and optimise conditions with our partners (manufacturers/publishers) and distributors (discounts, special conditions...) to meet customer expectations.
- Support the sales team in maintaining and developing commercial relationships with our customers and prospects.
- Keep customers’ contractual information up to date to ensure proactive management of licence/contract deadlines.
- Improve and effectively document internal processes.
- Participate in ongoing training, both internal and external, organised by our partners.
Your profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of IT solutions (Hardware, Software, Cloud Solutions)
- English level B2/C1, German is an advantage.
- Autonomous, rigorous, positive, solution-oriented with coordination skills
- You have a strong customer orientation both externally and internally
