For a Switzerland-wide operating company in the consumer goods sector, we are looking for a person for the Sales Back Office team.
Your Tasks
- Support of assigned customers within the framework of the customer care concept
- Answer price enquiries, create standard quotations and process orders
- Support sales advisors, account managers and key account managers
- Create general sales correspondence and shipping documents
- Process visit reports as well as maintain customer and master data
- Send samples and documentation
Our Requirements
- Commercial basic training or apprenticeship in the field of food processing
- Professional experience in administration; sales back office or secretariat
- Outgoing and communicative personality with a positive basic attitude
- High degree of independence and initiative
- Very good IT skills
- Very good German and, advantageously, Italian skills
