We are looking for a person for the back office for a Switzerland-wide trading company in Hochdorf.

Your Tasks

  • Professional telephone and written customer advice
  • Preparation of quotations
  • Administrative support of field sales staff
  • Updating customer master data in the ERP system
  • Preparation of invoices and credit notes
  • General administrative tasks in the back office

Our Requirements

  • Professional experience in sales back office
  • Commercial basic training
  • Very good German and good English skills (French / Italian an advantage)
  • Clean and reliable working method
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and customer contact
  • Sporty person
