We are looking for a person for the back office for a Switzerland-wide trading company in Hochdorf.
Your Tasks
- Professional telephone and written customer advice
- Preparation of quotations
- Administrative support of field sales staff
- Updating customer master data in the ERP system
- Preparation of invoices and credit notes
- General administrative tasks in the back office
Our Requirements
- Professional experience in sales back office
- Commercial basic training
- Very good German and good English skills (French / Italian an advantage)
- Clean and reliable working method
- Enjoyment of teamwork and customer contact
- Sporty person
