For a Switzerland-wide manufacturing company, we are looking to strengthen our order processing team at the headquarters in Baar.

Your Tasks

  • Advising customers on our products by telephone and e-mail in German, French and/or Italian
  • Preparing quotations and order confirmations
  • Close cooperation with other internal departments
  • Monitoring delivery dates
  • General representation within the team
  • Assisting in the continuous optimisation of work processes

Our Requirements

  • Commercial or technical training
  • Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of Italian and/or French
  • Experienced use of MS Office
  • Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and regular customer contact
  • Interest in the construction industry
  • Structured, independent working style & organisational talent
