For a Switzerland-wide manufacturing company, we are looking to strengthen our order processing team at the headquarters in Baar.
Your Tasks
- Advising customers on our products by telephone and e-mail in German, French and/or Italian
- Preparing quotations and order confirmations
- Close cooperation with other internal departments
- Monitoring delivery dates
- General representation within the team
- Assisting in the continuous optimisation of work processes
Our Requirements
- Commercial or technical training
- Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of Italian and/or French
- Experienced use of MS Office
- Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
- Enjoyment of teamwork and regular customer contact
- Interest in the construction industry
- Structured, independent working style & organisational talent
