OPO Oeschger AG, headquartered in Kloten, is a Swiss trading company with 300 employees. We trade in furniture and kitchen fittings, door and construction fittings, as well as machines and tools. Our customers include joineries, kitchen and interior fitters, the wood processing industry, schools, as well as glass and metal constructors.

Your task:

In the glass and metal construction team, you are responsible for competent telephone customer advice as well as for receiving, processing, and monitoring orders. A central part of your role is creating and following up on quotations as well as handling demanding enquiries in the area of door technology and glass construction.

You enjoy both active sales and technical advice. You are proficient in using common Office applications and bring a high level of expertise and advisory competence. Thanks to your strong service orientation, you support the field service in daily business and actively contribute to the sustainable development of customer relationships.

You bring with you:

• Experience in internal sales
• Training as a retail specialist or as a metalworker/metal construction technician
• Product knowledge in glass construction or in the field of metal construction, especially door and access technology
• Solution-oriented working style with a high awareness of quality
• IT affinity with good Office skills and, ideally, SAP experience
