As a Project Manager - Owner's Representative, you will manage complex real estate projects, defend the interests of institutional owners and actively contribute to the realisation of high value-added investments.
At Wincasa, you take a central role in managing construction and transformation projects, from the strategic phase to commissioning. To strengthen our Construction & Facility Management team in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a committed, solution-oriented personality with a strong sense of responsibility, to start in October 2026.
Your responsibilities
- Independently manage construction projects as Owner's Representative (RMO), Owner's Assistant (AMO) and/or Project Manager, depending on the nature and scope of the projects entrusted
- Take responsibility for costs, deadlines and quality objectives
- Advise and support institutional owners and clients
- Coordinate contractors (architects and engineers), companies as well as users and other project stakeholders
- Work closely with property management teams, centre management and various internal experts
- Ensure the smooth progress of projects through all phases of implementation
Your profile
- Training as an architect, engineer, site manager or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in Switzerland as Owner's Representative, project manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of the construction and real estate sector
- Excellent project management skills
- Communicative personality, confident in negotiations
- Independent, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial working method
- Team spirit and sense of responsibility
- Knowledge of German is a real advantage
