You will also coordinate events and cocktails, with the aim of offering high-level culinary experiences. In response to the clientele, you will constantly monitor the quality of the dishes offered as well as adherence to the established standards. You will manage inventories, track supplies, and optimize stock management in order to best control available resources. In a continuous improvement mindset, you will identify and implement actions aimed at optimizing processes and means. You will place orders according to internal guidelines and ensure an appropriate stock level for the activity.From a management perspective, you will supervise and support your team daily, ensuring their well-being and development.
