You ensure the production of hot and cold meals for lunch and dinner services, as well as meal distribution. You design and plan varied and balanced menus and occasionally conduct culinary workshops for our residents. During events within the establishment, you ensure the smooth running of the service. Accompanied by our dietitians, you guarantee the quality and satisfaction of the customers, adhering strictly to hygiene and safety regulations. As a manager, you supervise the kitchen team, recruit and train staff while managing budgets, inventories, and supplies. You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the premises, equipment, and facilities in accordance with the plan.Profile:You demonstrate solid knowledge of modified textures and a perfect mastery of current culinary trends. You have confirmed experience in the health and collective catering sectors, as well as in hospitality. You possess a true team spirit, constant motivation, and a pronounced taste for cooking, with a sense of proposing creative and original culinary ideas to energize the offering. Proactive, rigorous, and with excellent French language skills required.
