Sector Manager Cleaning Sector Manager – Cleaning Field Vaud Region As part of a technical team, you will manage a portfolio of approximately one hundred clients, under the responsibility of the manager, and you will be the primary and trusted contact for our clients for the management of various sites: watchmaking industry, tertiary and commercial sectors, luxury sector, entertainment, private schools, private banks, buildings, missions. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning agents and team leaders. Plan and control the time tracking. Manage the works, absences, leave, and replacements. Advise and ensure compliance with internal quality, safety, and hygiene standards at work. Monitor the performance and the teams, and formalize the quality controls. Guarantee the proper execution of works within the defined deadlines and quality levels. Maintain a high-quality commercial relationship with clients. Actively participate in the company's development in the sector. Profile: You are service-oriented and solution-driven, with confirmed experience in the cleaning field in a similar position. In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques is required. You are a hands-on person, flexible, able to adapt to the time constraints specific to the sector. Autonomous, organized, and equipped with excellent priority management skills. Rigorous, with a strong service mindset, attentive to client needs, and good skills in using tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
